About Us

Welcome to Access Communication Services (ACS), where our passion lies in empowering individuals and businesses with accessible communication solutions. Founded by Andrew Moore, ACS was born from his firsthand experiences being Deaf, was determined to break down barriers to effective communication.

 

Andrew's journey as a graduate of California State University Northridge with a dual major in Business Law and Finance, and a minor in Marketing, led him to pursue a Master of Arts in Sign Language Education at Gallaudet University. With years of experience deeply engaged in the Deaf and DeafBlind community, Andrew's expertise as a professional Deaf Interpreter, CoNavigator, and Director of ASL is the driving force behind ACS.
